I have compiled this data from several sources. Very little beyond my immediate family is the result of original research.

I have, however, attempted to cross-reference everything, and for this I have used:

Inevitably, in a database this large there will be errors. Some of these will be typographical and others the result of having made incorrect deductions about relationships.
